As full-time cattle ranchers, we are pleased to be a part of the growing movement that is offering high quality beef to local families.Wagyu is the Japanese breed that made Kobe beef famous. Wagyu cattle produce the world's best tasting beef and the most healthful, too! When crossed with other breeds, Wagyu will increase marbling and tenderness and they provide exceptional calving ease. To give our cattle the utmost care and individual attention, we limit the size of our operation. This allows us to maintain very low stocking rates, which helps protect our precious natural environment and the wildlife with whom we share our land.
