Business description

Our addiction treatment at Christian Substance Abuse uses tenants of the Christian faith to help addicts overcome their substance abuse issues.

We use the teachings of Jesus Christ as a road map to provide alternative coping mechanisms in place of using drugs or alcohol. Like many other types of treatment centers, Christian treatment programs focus on the spiritual, psychological and physical effects of excessive alcohol or drug abuse. Treatment may involve the use of workshops, group therapy sessions, individual counseling and lectures. Detoxification of the body is the first step. The individual's body is cleansed of harmful chemicals and the withdrawal symptoms are addressed during this time. Patients who enroll in Christian alcoholism or drug treatment are encouraged to surrender their pain and suffering, guilt, shame, disappointment, and all other negative feelings to God and start a fresh new life with sobriety.
