With 30 years in the print and graphics industry, I strive to give each of my clients the special consideration they need to get their job done. If you are coming in for a convention and UPS or US mail has eaten your things - please contact me for replacements. I have always tried to give all my clients a level of customer service that will keep them confident and satisfied that their job will be done when they need it. I have many tears in pre-press production and graphics for both offset and digital. One thing that will set me apart from others is if I cannot do a job, I will recommend the best company that will. I would rather have a client happy and get exactly what they need than just take a job, say I can do it and not be able to deliver or come back and "overcharge" for their job.
