I believe in working with my clients, even training them as I work if they desire. As I educate my clients they tend to need my support less and less, so I rely heavily on customer referrals to keep the business growing. For most services you do not have to bring your PC to me, or have me come out. I started supporting my 750+ clients with Remote Desktop via the internet in 2005. Most calls consist of 10-15 min interview where I get to know your needs, then if a repair is needed, I direct my client to my website where they click on my Immediate Remote Service button and link our computers together.
