We use the Argosheen method which is the same method that has been used on Major Airlines for the last 50 years. It cleans by simply transferring soil from the carpet to a cotton pad under the machine. It dries in 30-45 minutes and leaves no residue. We do not give your carpet a bath as one method does. That method does not get all the water up frome underneath your carpet and causes the carpet to mildue and weakens the floor. We have never had any complaints about our method and if we did we would take care of that immediately at no cost to the customer.For new customers we will a whole house and one room would be free.
