Offering Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Corporate Chair Massage, Yoga Instruction, Thai Yoga, Energy Bodywork, Positional Release Therapy. We are open for booking 6 days per week. Regina Epp, owner is a New York State LMT. A National Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Kripalu and Classical Yoga, with a succesful background career in fitness and personal training. Our office is private and very comfortable, located in a Medical building on Rte 146, next door to Ravenswood.
