The EPA encourages the recycling of absorbents by exempting their laundering from RCRA and by excluding them from the definition of solid waste. Closed Loop Recycling provides the most environmentally sound method available for absorbent recycling. It is a true recycle, reuse system. We do not use harmful solvents to clean and sanitize absorbents. There is no waste water discharged, nothing harmful enters the air, land, or sea. Our system eliminates the need for manifesting, record keeping, and waste reporting. We will provide Waste Minimization Reports which will annotate the waste your company has diverted from the landfill or incineration.
