CMS Solutions is a healthcare quality consulting company that focuses on enhancing healthcare delivery evidenced by improved patient health outcomes. Concurrently, we assist providers to improve their return on investment and gain local and regional industry recognition by becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Accountable Care Organization (ACO), Joint Commission Accreditation, obtaining P-4-P certification, and other incentivized payments such as meaningful use and designations that may significantly impact reimbursement. CMS Solutions consults healthcare providers on the provision of quality healthcare and administers comprehensive support to achieve optimal proficiency and maximize reimbursement by incorporating standards used to measure utilization and delivery of patient care such as with PCMH, HEDIS, ACO Models, Meaningful Use, Triple Aim, and other mandated and voluntary audits. Predominantly these benchmarks are the determinants for pay-4-performance reimbursement rates. CMS Solutions' Patient Care Quality Assessment is a medical record auditing program, also called PCQA, designed by healthcare and informatics professionals and derives from standards established by CMS, NCQA, Joint Commission, URAC and AHRQ, along with other governing/accrediting agencies. PCQA is developed to guide clients through the PCMH preparation, application, and evaluation process. CMS may prepare POs or Provider Organizations for qualification for Pay for Performance Program.
