Telecommunications (UC) Systems and Services

CNC TELEDATA providing Unified PBX Systems with installation and support featuring essential Tele-Management, for moving and expanding organizations. As we professionally install new inside wiring and infrastructure to the customer premises, local voice and data line services are procured or revised in order to integrate with the new systems. All lines and hardware are selected for maximum cost-effectiveness e.g. the priority is always to maintain a high reliability and user-friendliness for which we are known. The primary states and areas for services are as follows: New York (downstate), and New Jersey (northern). Systems in active service handle many direct-to-PSTN and/or VOIP line types including analog, ISDN, PRI, and Centrex/ Custopak, e.g. VERIZON and other CLEC carriers including WINDSTREAM, plus other selected VOIP providers who have verified local facilities. System manufacturers include PANASONIC, IWATSU, and NEC. All systems now include a Message Control program providing cell phone notifications, switchboards with visual message center and message forwarding, training, and easy PC-based administration. Upgraded capabilities include follow-me ringing, MICROSOFT Lync/ Outlook/ Exchange integrations, and SIP Trunks (as a primary-rate-interface backup and/or alternate, international call route). For enterprises, a single- or multi-site Call-Accounting server is also available, which is WINDOWS/ SQL-based.
