Money doesn't grow on trees, but chocolate does... and so with that, the Chocolate Republic was born!I came to this realization when I was 29, after years of being an accountant for hotels and resorts. I was stuck in the grind when I wanted to be grinding cocoa. I felt controlled, surpressed, and bored with my contribution to society. I had all this passion for life, food and adventure. I was bursting with creativity but with no outlet. I decided to sneak away from my office-ego and embrace my choco-ego.I create my confections with love, an open mind, and enthusiasm. My chocolate is for the people... for the people like me who want to be thrilled, freed and empowered. I take suggestions and ideas, I want to know what you like and what you want.Give the people what they want!
