Colleen O'Hara's Beauty Academy participates and is approved to offer the following United States Department Of Education Federal Student Aid Programs: Federal PELL Grant Program; Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) Program; Federal Parental Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) Program; and the Federal Direct Student Loan Program. The objective of the Cosmetology Course, which is taught in English and Spanish language, is to develop in the student the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional attitudes necessary for success in the profession and to qualify and equip the student to pass the California State Board licensing examination.
