POOR SERVICE

I have been a Comcast customer for 30 years. Lately your service is terrible. Every time we have a thunderstorm, all my Xfinity/Comcast services (TV, Computer, Landline go out. That has happened 5 times in the last 3 months. Last Sunday, after a storm, my services went out. I called customer service and the earliest appointment was Friday!!! So Comcast needs to HIRE MORE TECHNICIANS and USE THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS MORE OFTEN. Floridians deserve BETTER SERVICE!!
