Xfinity/Comcast

Nobody answers the phones anymore. It's all electronic and that's frustrating for people who are not computer savvy, mental health issues, lack time, etc. How can any issue be addressed if the electronic is the only way on communication. Please advise your customer service reps that when making payments not to use this address. I sent money and have yet to see where it has gone, pending, or what have you. It hasn't shown up in my Xfinity/Comcast account. Customer Service reps in other countries gave the wrong address and I'm feeling as if I've lost money due to this situation. Disappointed!
