My experience as a Chief Law Enforcement Officer; Deputy Commissioner and Acting Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation; Property Manager, Chief Researcher and currently Chief of Staff for Senator Celestino A. White, Sr. for the past ten years has provided me with the experience needed to be an effective legislator.
