Extremely frustrating experience! My son went in for a mandatory Department of Transportation physical needed for his job. Just a routine physical. First, they refused to take our insurance, which pays for physicals, and is one of the dominant insurances in our demographic, DMBA. They said they couldn't bill a sports physical, nor a DOT physical through insurance??? The cost for the physical was $151. My friend went a few blocks down the road to Dr. White (Address: 1096 Erikson Dr, Rexburg, ID 83440 Phone:(208) 656-3205) and was charged exactly half of what I paid! He was charged $75 for the exact same form being signed. When I called Community Care to explore why they are charging double for an identical service, they were incredibly rude and told me I was "threatening them" to reduce the price. VERY poor service & follow through, rude front desk and double the price! I will never go there again, and will advise all I know to go elsewhere.
