Mission Statement Community Resource Center for the Developmentally Disabled (CRC) is committed to support individuals who are developmentally disabled in their efforts to live and participate fully in thier communities. CRC is a community-based not-for-profit corporation, established to develop and operate residential facilities, including Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA), and to provide programs of care, service, habilitation, and social/recreational experiences geared to the developmental level and functional capacity of each consumer.
