Concern for Animals was founded in 1980 to promote the welfare of animals.
The mission of Concern for Animals is to promote the welfare of animals as pets or if abandoned, in public or private homes or facilities. We also provide education and information to the public about animal care and proper treatment. We support and promote the humane treatment of animals, and support animals that are victims of crime by attending legal hearings and trials. Concern for Animals raises and allocates funds for these purposes according to the laws of Washington State and the U.S. CFA has helped thousands of animals and pet owners in need by providing a variety of veterinary services - funding spay/neuter procedures, urgent medical care, pet food bank and rescue and adoption programs. We are a non-profit, charitable organization, 501(c)(3). www.concernforanimals.org
