Concorde Builders is a development and construction company focusing on new residential custom developments in the western suburbs of Chicagoland.

Concorde Builders, along with its affiliate conpany Berkshire Consulting specialize in the development of raw land, acquisition of teardowns, development of subdivisions and the construction of single family custom homes. Clients interested in a custom home are given valuable guidance for every aspect of a project from site selection and improvements to architectural design and construction. Managing member Jim Pesavento is also a licensed Realtor, with the ability to assist with land/teardown contracts and acquisitions. Concorde Builders has the flexibility to build on contract for clients who own land, or "package" a lot with a new home. With their flexible financing options, Concorde can begin building a home with as little as 10% down and typically complete it in 5-6 months.
