Kelley Connor, our longtime Job Supervisor and foreman, has purchased Jeremiah Beach Parker Restoration & Construction Management Corporation and will continue the tradition of personal service and detailed professionalism that is the hallmark of our practice. Fresh from completing a lavish restoration, relocation, and conversion of the historic Advent Meeting house on the site of the legendary Dog Team Tavern in New Haven, Vermont, Connor Restoration, dba Jeremiah Beach Parker Restoration & Construction Management Corporation is moving into the new year’s projects with the same crew, staff, and expertise recognized by This Old House to be among the nation’s top ten restoration contractors and endorsed by the Vermont Smart Growth Collaborative. Jeremiah Beach Parker Restoration, now working under the banner of Connor Restoration, has garnered a strong reputation for restoring historic barns and outbuildings to a working life, renovating and refitting historic homes for modern living, as well as restoring church steeples. Working in partnership with the Preservation Trust of Vermont, we work to implement new technologies and procedures while remaining true to historic preservation practices. The company was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Vermont Smart Growth Collaborative in recognition of valuable contributions to smart growth housing development and the EPA’s Five Star certification for new construction of energy efficient homes. We play a valuable role coordinating meaningful construction projects in the surrounding communities, provide Construction Management on large projects, work in concert with architects, subcontractors, engineers, offices of public works, planning & zoning, permitting, surveyors, equipment dealers, material suppliers. We rely on local sub-contractors whenever possible, to partner with us in ensuring the satisfaction of the client through the end of the project.
