I called them accidentally (wrong number) at 11am, Tuesday, March 24. When I tried to confirm the number, the person (female) hung up on me, leaving me no choice but to dial it again to rule out that the number wasn't copied down wrong but dialed wrong. Same person answers again, I start to inform that I wouldn't have bothered her if she let me confirm the number in the first place, but, of course, I was hung up on me again. Bad business practice. Bad treatment of another human being. The message is, you're not worth their breath unless you "matter."
