Clean rooms, courteous staff and great value in the heart of Central Massachusetts. Reasonable nightly & weekly rates. Open all year.

All of our motel rooms are non-smoking and have microwave ovens and refrigerators. Efficiency units also have kitchenettes. We offer FREE wireless internet, FREE local phone calls, cable TV, A/C, private tub & shower, affordable nightly & weekly rates and daily housekeeping service. Well-behaved dogs are welcome -- we are located on 7.2 acres of grounds, so take your dog for a long walk! Many rooms offer lovely views of the Quaboag River that adjoins our property. We offer a 10% discount on nightly stays to AAA cardholders and to guests who arrive riding or towing a motorcycle. (The owner rides a Harley and says: "Be sure to tour the Quabbin Resevoir!") Reservations STRONGLY recommended... don't waste a trip only to find that there is "no room at the inn"!
