When it comes to insurance claims, I was for years an insurance adjuster that worked for USAA, Progressive, Geico, Homesite, Liberty Mutual, and numerous other insurance companies in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Indiana. I was also certified through FEMA to handle NFIP flood policies. We KNOW claims and the claims process, and personally enjoy arming each and every homeowner with the information they need to know to adequately handle their next claim in the future.
