Business description

mental health,coaching

I have been in private practice since 1994 focusing on helping people overcome the obstacles that hinder their lives . I work with individuals and couples. Sometimes the obstacles are easy to define like a mental health disorder ,addiction problems or anger. Sometimes the obstacles are more subtle like self-esteem or lack of motivation. Often the obstacles cause major stress for us. The goal of all therapy is to break free from what holds you back and return to a full and joyful life. This also applied to couples who find their relationship to be in a negative rut that is not growing. Counseling offers to opportunity to communicate effectively and reset the pattern of your relationship so each of you thrives. Counseling is a great way to start a new life.
