Called cell number at door ....explained the washer stopped in wash/rinse cycle...he stated send someone to assist...yes he sure did an employee of Subway...she could not resolve the unmaintain washer...Had to put in another washer and pay another $2.00 ...if I wanted a refund ...you must leave name,address and phone number on his door so everyone can see it...up maintain,broken washer and no assistance at all get an big F
