All new members will be given the opportunity to meet with me personally and then with their Representative. We want to get to know each member on a personal level so that we can better understand your needs. Every member will get a weekly face to face opportunity with their Representative even if it's just a "how are things going". I want to provide a quality concierge service that is all inclusive for a flat monthly fee. Avoid the stress of having to call someone you don't know and wait for a quote. With one phone call you can have your representative come out and talk with you and get what you need done. With an inclusive Courtesy Palms Concierge package there is no need to pay when the task is completed. Simply sign the completion form when if happy with the results and that is it. Each member will have a dedicated representative that they will personally know and talk with about any of services we offer. Each member will also know me personally and have direct access to me at all times. Everyone on our list of referrals has been checked and certified as a professional. All Licenses, insurance requirements and background checks have been verified and are available upon request. At no time does my company accept money from Vendor referrals to be on this list. I keep all their Company information on file and up to
