A daytime program dedicated to providing care to senior citizens. We are committed to meeting the needs of disabled adults and the elderly.
CP Elder Care Adult Day Program serves adults with physical, psychosocial, or mental impairment who require assistance and supervision, and also adults who require services by or under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Our mission is to provide quality health care which recognizes the inherent human worth and dignity of all aging persons. We strive to create an environment where health professionals and staff work together to provide personalized care. Services offered include: Nursing Services, Case Management, Nutritional Menu, Activity Programs, Supervision, Contracted Services (Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, and speech therapy available onsite), and salon services (for an additional cost: barber, hair stylist, nail technician, and massuese).
