Do not use this man. Cuts corners!!! We had two bathrooms and a staircase put in through Craftsman Building. Absolutely terrible work. Bathrooms are shoddy at best. Toilets are placed to far from walls so that there is a 4" gap between the wall and tank. The tile grout all needs to be replaced because it is chipping out. None of the bathroom exhaust vents actually vent to the outside per code. Instead vented to the space between two floors. The staircase top rail isn't even attached to the wall so if someone heavy enough leaned against it, they will go over. Dan has contacted me to ask that I remove negative reviews. I will when he fixes my problems. Not to mention my having to fire his painters and bring in my own because they were painting over nails sticking out on the walls.
