Just hired a 6" chipper to chip material from the yard. Started to chip material at small 1/2 to 1" material and would not chip it at all, it actuality bound around the drive shaft and stoped the disc from turning. Opened up the chipping to see what the knife condition was like, to my surprise they are not just blunt, it does not look like they had been changed or even sharpened for some time.

Called the weekend after hours number and talked to someone that knew nothing, on top of that he tried to say when the last customer did not complain, and he had it for 5 days. Just maybe he should only had it for 1 day if the knifes where sharp.

I asked can we replace these knifes, he said no talked to the maintenance manager and we do not sharpen as its too costly and we replace them, but we do not have stock,. This tells me you do not change this very often, and your totally incorrect about sharpening them just ask Arizona Grinding about this one. Its a cost that is why your don't change or sharpen because people have it for longer your revenue goes up.

Money back please, ill be calling on Monday, and change the knifes every 10 hours of use, Arizona material is very hard no moisture and required very sharp blades changing more often as its abrasive with no moisture content.
