When you are moving into the complex the employees appear nice, but let you try and complain about parking at night, dirty laundry rooms, certain area of the complex does not have proper lighting to walk at night. Some apartments has been broken into by their own employees, there are bed bugs in some of the apartments. When tenants die the complex do not tell you that your renting in a unit someone has died. The bookkeeper has a nasty attitude when you inquire about your rent bill. The manager Jeff is nice when you share your problem, but never fix the issues. If you miss payments after two months they bring you to court and charge you for the lawyer fees. The bathrooms has mold and the lake apartments have water bugs. There are ticket mades who ticket anyone who park by the stop signs or the fire hygiene. The Workers police drive down the one way street looking for cars to ticket, and less about protecting the tenants vehicles from vandalism. The rents is going higher and the quality of the buildings are poor. Crested Lake has been charging the tenants more on their lease to pay for the maintenance.

Good luck living at a high rated place with bad management and animal issues.
