We do not believe in a "cookie cutter" service -- everyone gets the same service no matter what you want. We at CTR believe in giving the best service for the best price. Considering We are MOBILE UNITS there is no need for us to have an office to run up the overhead. Low overhead means lower prices for you. We offer the maintenance STEAM CLEAN using a mild water soluable solution. Pretreating fabrics will require extra TLC not just to get out the stains but to make sure they do not come back after we leave. Sanatizing your fabrics would be highly recommended for those with pets and children(spills and accidents). Upholstery we recommend solvent protector to bead any liquid so you can dab up the spill before stains set in. Carpets 3M Scotchgard is recommended. Please call for a free. over the phone estimate.
