CCL offers - Turnkey operations for providing your custom metal component needs. Just send us a print via fax or email and we'll provide a quote in 48 hours or less. Up to ¼" thick 60' x 120' sheets. Standard and aircraft aluminum, cold and hot rolled steel and stainless steel. - Turnkey operations for stamping out low or high-volume metal components, your dies or ours. All dies will be installed with Wintress die protection systems prior to running in our presses. Presses range from 20 to 220 ton. - Turnkey operations for machining of steel or aluminum bars and/or castings, high and low volume. CNC, Lathe and horizontal mills used for precise machining results. - In house engineering and tooling expertise: Design & engineering input for new product design Reverse Engineering.
