Established in 1993, I'm a local contractor doing a large range of home repairs, remodels & construction projects. I have over 35 years experience in remodels & new construction, decades of rental unit management, mainteneance & repairs. I'm CAD proficient & have designed, drawn plans for & built 4 custom homes, doing most of the work myself. I'm totally familiar with all phases of new construction from foundation to roof. I generally work by myself, ensuring that the quality of work and materials meet my high professional standards. I take great pride in my work, envision each project through from start to finish, & pay a lot of attention to detail. I listen to my customers & keep them informed throughout the project creating an easy & pleasant working relationship without surprises.
