Custom Monument Designs was founded in 1985 by Richard C. Rankin. The company started as a design service to the monument industry, specializing in custom hand drawn artwork for monument dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada. As the years progressed, all of the hand drawn artwork was converted into our CAD programs that we still use to provide pre-cut stencils of our designs to dealers across the country. With our artistic expertise we continue to provide top quality stencil and artwork for our clients. Today Richard, along with his experienced staff, offers you the best designs, materials and craftmanship. From traditional to contemporary, we will help you create an everlasting tribute to the memory of those you love in the finest of foreign and domestic granite.
