Custom Prescriptions, established in 2001, is an independently owned compounding pharmacy located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

We have strong relationships with both the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and the Professional Compounding Centers of America, a well-established compounding consulting corporation. Our affiliations with these groups ensure that our pharmacy meets the highest standards of quality and receives the newest information necessary to constantly refine and improve our services.Compounding is critical for patients who require specialized treatments. Among our services, we can compound medications no longer commercially available, create an oral liquid for easier dosing, or customize a capsule to a strength better tolerated by a patient.
