Metal Processing Center for metal plate / structural cutting, forming, painting and fabrication.

In business since 1999, the Cutting Edge Metal Processing is the most techinically advanced metal processing facility on the Gulf Coast. Our 4K & 6K laser cutting machines sit on work tables 13' wide X 200' long. Our two Plasma / Oxyfuel cutting machines also set on 13' wide X 200' long work tables and have high def and bevel heads. Our blast & prime machine can process 13' wide plate in any length. We can also process structural materials on this machine. Our Robotic structural cutting machine can cut special end cuts and penetrations on 50' long pieces. We have a 30' wide plate roll and an 1100 ton press brake that is 24' wide. We also fabricate steel plate panels and most other metal fabrications. Call for addional information.
