Daryl's Appliance Service

Daryl's Appliance was sent out by my home warranty company to fix my refrigerator on 5/12/16. He came to my house for maybe 15 mins total. He told me the thermometer was bad on my fridge. He told me he would order a new one and return within a week to install it. After 2 weeks I tried calling him several times to see if the part came in and when he could come out. I called the home warranty company and they attempted to call him several times.

They left voicemails for him and I have also been calling him and leaving voicemails. He has not returned my calls or Home Warranty of America's calls. I paid the $100 service fee and he left. I have my receipt of payment and proof he cashed my check. This is just ridiculous to me that he's allowed to run a business like this. I see several other complaints as well, and no telling how many others he's done this to. Now I will have to pay another $100 for a legit, reputable company to come and actually fix my fridge. My spouse and I are both Active duty military. He knew this and still pulled this dishonest scam.
