Through the past years, I have developed a passion for people, nature and animals with photographic delight. You don't just take a picture, but capture the spirit beyond the first glance. My photography is noted for its originality, beauty and sense of wonder. I first became excited about photography as a teenager. I photographed what I saw with a fresh vision. I went on to attend the Glenn Fishback School of Photography where I concentrated on portraits and still life. I developed a love for lighting, which is a keynote in my work. I have been studing with Sibylla Herbrich at the Santa Rosa Junior College for several years and won several awards for my work including two first prizes in the Sonoma County Fair in 2009 for children's portraits and landscapes.
