Business description

Dermatology practice devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. Specializing in the Mohs surgical technique.

Mohs surgery is a surgical technique that allows the surgeon to remove the skin cancer, transform the excised tissue into microscope slides and then review the slides to ensure the tumor has been completely removed. The surgery is performed using local anesthetic in an outpatient setting. Mohs surgery can be used to treat most malignant skin tumors. Basal cell cancer and squamous cell cancer are the two most common tumors treated using this technique. Mohs surgery has the highest cure rate for treating these malignancies. Please go to the Mohs College website at www.skincancermohssurgery.org for more information. Dr Brady completed a Mohs fellowship and our office is fully equipped to perform this surgery.
