I love to help people find better ways to work. I am an energetic trainer and consultant with over eleven years of experience evaluating and analyzing work environments and designing programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injuries caused by ergonomic factors. Providing the solutions is often "a blinding flash of the obvious" for my clients... they know something is wrong with their workstation, but do not know what it is or how to fix it. Sometimes the solution is a new piece of office equipment or furniture... but most often, it is just adjusting the current workstation to fit the employee.
