The Detroit Wayne Music Studio has been serving professional musicians and students since Emil and Dorothy Moro opened its doors in 1959. For decades, Detroit Wayne Music Studio has been THE standard by which other woodwind studios have measured their performance. Now under new ownership, we strive to uphold the studio's tradition of excellence in sales and services. Expert restoration and sales of vintage saxophones and woodwinds are our specialties. We also stock a large selection of supplies and accessories. This includes over two hundred woodwind mouthpieces, reeds, reed working tools, reed cases, valve and key oils, swabs, neck straps, metronomes, tuners, and much more. Our extensive selection of products specific to the saxophone is unique within the metro-Detroit area.
