I do not reccomend this business. They are uncaring and unprofessional on every level. Disgusting way to run a business. We prepaid for the cremation of our beloved pet. We wanted to help out our hometown by giving our business to them and we were three minutes late and they were all closed up. We had our deceased friend with us. Mike called them and a woman named Bridgette answered the phone. She was extremely rude and cold. We were actually doing this business a favor by bring our precious boy to them instead if them having to come to ft Collins to get him. They treated us with more disrespect than I have ever felt, on this horrible day. They still charged our credit card. But I guess three minutes was more important to them than pleasing someone that just had the hardest day of their life. So hard saying good bye to a best friend. Makes it even harder when people are completely disrespectful of you feelings.
