Business description

Gourmet spice company with two wonderful blends- Original and Chipotle. Available at various retailers throughout Michigan and by online purchasing .

For over 15 years, my husband Mark worked in the kitchens throughout the Metro Detroit area. It was there that he found a need for adding extra flavor to the average main entree and side dish. He experimented with several combinations of herbs and spices until he achieved the exact flavor he was looking for. The final blend was 18 robust herbs and spices. Mark seasoned fish, wild game, pork, poultry, beef, and vegetables; the spice was incredibly versatile. We launched our business in 2005 with our Original blend with a taste similar to Thanksgiving Turkey dressing. In 2010, we launched our Chipotle blend which is smokey with a touch of heat at the end.
