Business description

Mediation empowers YOU to solve your conflicts instead of a judge. It greatly reduces legal costs, loss of time, and restores civility.

DFFM offers peaceful solutions for conflicts: divorce, parenting, visitation, parent/child, elder abuse, estates and other family matters; customer/merchant, client/professional, landlord/tenant for business. We start with a no-cost appointment with Joyce Mitchell, a certficated mediator who has broad experience as a financial specialist and mediator. If both parties agree, we begin mediating your conflict. A business disagreement can usually be mediated in one or two sessions. A divorce with children and property may require from ten to sixteen hours. Most important: you make the decisions with the guidance and information you need to do so, avoiding the delays of court appointments, motions filed, and all the other complications of litigation.
