Dick's Pool Service was created by Richard and Dorothy Miller in 1971. Their goal was to create a stable source of income for their family so that they may provide for their family, but not that only of money but also to show their children that hard, honest work also brings you things that are just as good as money: honor and self-respect and respect from others as well. Now that Richard (Dick) and Dorothy are retired, it is now my responsibility to carry on a tradition set by my father and that is giving people our word that we will perform to the standards that we hold ourselves to in providing customer satisfaction and that they are happy paying for a service that they can do themselves. What it is you say? Your WORD! For in life if we do not honor our own words we have nothing!
