Through the use of one on one counseling, meditation techniques, chakra cleansing, and many other tools/techniques Sarah will customize your spiritual counseling to fit your specific needs.Sessions are $20 per hour.Reiki & Guided Meditation SessionsIn Reiki, the hands are gently placed on various points of the body to balance energy. This therapy of Japanese origin diminishes stress and fatigue, and energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. During a session, Sarah will work in energetic connection with you in order to remove blockages, detoxify your energy system, and restore your vital life force energy, leaving the mind and the body with the feeling of peace and clarity.Reiki First Session is $75 (Apx 90min) Further Sessions 1 hour $60 / 30min $30Guided Meditation $25 for 30 min/$50 for 60 min *Discounts available for two or more participants!
