Business description

Home buying assistance for low-income, social security, and disability people.

Dixon Variety helps disabled, social security and other low - income people to become home owners. Through a lease to purchase contract at a rate they can afford to pay. These families want to own a home of their own. They are tired of paying ridiculiously high rents that leave them with no money for medicines and other neccessities. No one is turned away from our program. Most banks, and other institutions cannot work with these families because of their credit or income limits. We are helping the ones others cannot. Our unique service has already put six families in homes. We need more funding and investors to continue this great work. Please consider our company for any grants opportunities your bank can provide to keep this great work going. Sincerely, Victoria R Dixon
