Not sure where to begin. We used her for around a year and thought she was doing a great job. One week long vacation period we hired her to watch our 1 dog and 3 cats. We had installed security cameras and the list of things she lied about is unbelievable. We watched her on the camera tell us that she had taken our dog out for a walk as requested when she had not. She said she spends about 30 minutes at your home and it's more like 3 to 5 minutes. She skipped visits that we paid for, she didn't give them treats, change out water, empty cat litter box, let cats in and out as requested. Most occasions she never even talked to our Golden Retriever who is 10 and just was so excited to see her. She would let her out in the yard for only minutes and then back in and she left. We asked her to return our keys to our home and the text message exchange became angry and irate. She still has not returned our keys. Very unhappy with her service. She lies and does not do what you think she is doing. She's very good at lying about how she takes care of your animals. I'm sad to say that for a year we thought our animals were being cared for so well. Cameras don't lie and her text messages to me are proof she is irrational. I can offer proof of all things if anyone is worried about her services.
