We are a team of professionals in the fields of Health Psychology, Substance Abuse, and Life Coaching. At dohi Center for Well-being we strive to help people who struggle with challenges in their lives and who want to improve their health in body and mind through natural means, to achieve optimum well-being. We are licensed by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a drug-free outpatient substance abuse treatment facility. On staff we have Licensed Professional Counselors, Registered Addictions Specialists, Certified Life Coaches, with specialties in health psychology and crisis. In a holistic health setting, we utilize time honored, evidence based methods such as mindfulness-based therapies for behavioral changes and increasing coping skills. Our methodology follows the person-centered approach in therapy. Each person, whether facing substance abuse, mental health challenges, or in need of coaching and guidance to improving well-being, are treated for whom they are... important members of society with purpose. At dohi Center, we offer to our clients a discreet environment in which to meet with highly trained therapists in mental health, crisis, addictions, nutrition, health psychology, and life coaching.
