His medical education was obtained from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his doctorate degree finishing at the top of his class. Dr. Donovan completed his podiatric surgical residency at The Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia. He was awarded the title of Chief Resident upon completion of his first year. As an avid minimalist runner, Dr. Donovan has accomplished 3 Marathons in the past 3 years. His passion is sports medicine.
