We inspect residential homes for prospective buyers to prevent them from buying a home that will cost them thousands of dollars after the sale closes.

We offer 2 inspectors with each inspection and we guarantee our report (complete with photos of our findings) to be ready within 24 hours after the completed inspection, and in some cases it will be ready the same day. Our inspection includes the structrual, electrical, plumbing, heating and air systems in the residence.
